Refund is allowed only on Cancellation before 3 Days of Check In.
Booking will be Cancelled with Zero Refund, if fails to provide Government IDs of all the Guest.
Outside Food is not allowed, so cutlery shall not be provided for Outside Food.
Adults should be present with Kids during Swimming. Hotel will not be responsible for any mishappening.
Hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings.
Parking of Vehicle is at your own risk.
Misbehavior with Staff is not tolerated. It may lead to cancellation of Booking with Zero Refund.
No defamation video is allowed in our Premises.
Any Defamation Video on Social Media by any guest consider as criminal offence again Resort.
Food Once Ordered will take maximum 1.30 Hour to cook fresh food depending upon the quantity & will be served as first come first serve basis, so cancellation of Food Orders will not be allowed due to delay in food preparation.
Spitting & throwing of Garbage here & there will be fined.
Damage of any amenities or any assets of Resort will be compensated by Guest.
